Cayenne Pepper – the spice of blood

Cayenne Pepper is a wonderful blood thinner and activator. This can be used in emergencies relating to a heart attack. It can also prevent heart attacks/strokes if taken daily.

(I am not a physician, so please do your own research and use own discernment). Especially if using blood thinner medication.

I use a pinch of Cayenne Pepper in the mornings in a ginger tea.

Cayenne Pepper is also a wonderful detox taken with Madal Tree syrup, and Lemon as a fast.
