You’re going to need vast reservoirs of energetic quantum to replicate this because of interference matter that can swoon in to deflect/defeat you?

Let’s begin by being in presence of breath and lovingly activate Plasma Pod and ignite ‘Electric Plasma Balls’ to lovingly hurl out of Boomerang Heart all way through to Highest Vision or Core Self of you? Wait for a connection like a String of Pearls lighting up and allow Higher Self to return with Blue-Print on Construct that is playing up, or requiring transfiguring adjustment frequencies…….…?

Lovingly attune to this resonance within a Neutral Observer Point. We got plenty of Time………. • What does fear sound like?  Is it faint and wispy?  Loud as a trombone? Or sinister, like how the music in a horror movie sounds?

• What does fear feel like? Is it heavy like a dead weight on chest?  Gloopy like glue sticking to you?  Slimy like a fish slithering all over you?  Terrified, skulking around in dark? Or overpowering /explosive like a volcano? Allow own metaphors to surface within Solar Senses of Heart?

• Where do you feel ‘fear’ or ……………? Does it feel lodged in heart like a dagger, spear, knife, bullet etc?  Or perhaps lodged in CNS (central nervous system) like nuts and bolts, or little arrows or darts?  Is stomach churning like you’ve been punched….? 

Breathe… Expand……              

Open any restricted, tight spaces where energy vibrations has got stuck through power of breath. Again, take your time!

Now choose a colour frequency from this Colour Wheel?

Breathe this through from the top of Crown, all way through Central Core and swirling all way through legs and out into atmosphere around you…

Dancing in Light, keep breathing, seeing liquid light fibres pulsating through whole landscape of body…. Rushing, gushing, slow, sublime…Trickling…Tickling! Play with variable sensations and speeds….?

Now think of fear vibration how do you feel now?  Has anything changed?  Make a mental note….. Or perhaps deeper memories and/or another scenario is triggered forming complicated ‘Mind Mazes’ which you are never free from?

If so, activate Wings of Freedom by using the power of imagination, visualising yourself as a precious, majestic Solar Bird with the largest wingspan to swiftly fly above the (Mind) Maze so you have a higher vantage point…?

Now we’re metaphorically above clouds looking down within this colourful perspective.  See all memories, triggers, constructs, better than less than games, ego battles, justification fear programming, self-righteousness, hurts, wounds, defence mechanisms, anger etc playing in green maze together…? Breathe..

Let them wander off and explore this sacred place…?

They may begin to argue, justify, complain etc.. Allow them to roam exactly as they are perfectly fine and dandy….? In other words, please don’t judge them!  Rather, I highly encourage you to let them spin off exactly as they want to whilst you are safely nestled high above simply watching and listening to the Orchestra which might even sound quite awful!        

Quietly ask yourself what does detachment mean to me? To be the Observer in Life………………. Wait for an answer which could appear as a word, a thought, a memory, an opening…….. Body sensation or an encrypted message?

Embody sensations that flow with this, like, say: Freedom, openeness, compassion, peace, trust, learning, growth etc…… Use your own parables!

Now, I suggest you Play a musical vibration (to reset circuitry and interrupt patterning), like a Master Wizard DJ spinning a majestic tune colourfully imprinting all your love, faith, commitment, compassion, understanding, acceptance, tenderness into your Song of Creation….? 

(A suggestion: “Somewhere over the Rainbow,” Israel Kamak-awiwoʻole “IZ” but please choose your own?)                                                  

Looking at video image above of Mudra please form this with thumb in air and little finger out – (Very important not only for cool surfers as a: “Surfs Up” symbol but a major clearing/strengthening symbol which acts like a Meru Rod to piece through ‘Holographic Architecture’ (don’t worry about this, we’ll cover this in other chapters…) – whilst saying throughout song:

 “I am Loving you, I am accepting you, I am embracing you”

Lovingly pour this vibration into the Mind Maze like liquid-light dancing Rainbows seeing all Constructs encased in a beautiful: Rainbow, Mother Arc which showers majestic rain colour frequencies into Landscape…? 

Keep breathing and remain in heart. Importantly see a Core Seed in back of your heart become filled in liquid-Light Rainbows as if it pops open and positively releases any ‘discord’ which has been tightly held in there?
